The Consular Regulations are hereby amended as follows

Mr. Clifford C. Marsh may be reinstated as Assistant Postmaster at Yellowstone Park, Wyoming, without regard to the time limit fixed by the civil service rules.

Mr. James W. Girard may be reinstated as Logging Engineer, $3800 per annum, in the Forest Service, without regard to the time limit on eligibility for reinstatement fixed by the rules.

It is hereby ordered that Executive Order No. 3857, dated May 31, 1923, withdrawing, among other lands, the public lands in T. 27 N.R. 115 W., 6th P.M., Wyoming, pending a resurvey, be and the same is hereby revoked as to the above…
