Tonight we will address mental health within the Black community, the lack of access to treatment, and the stigma of mental health within our community. The stigma of mental health and lack of access to treatment within the Black community frequently leads to Black people ignoring or dismissing those signs of illness. Mr. Speaker, I yield to the gentlewoman from Ohio (Mrs. Beatty) to give remarks on this and other matters of health in our community as well as in America. {time} 2030
