Because so many individuals in the African American community, if they are going to speak with a psychiatrist, a mental health professional, if that individual does not--never mind that they don't look like them, but if they are not culturally sensitive to the issues, they may not come back the second time. They may not even make the appointment if they realize that this person is not going to be able to understand the life that they lead here as a Black person in America. I yield to the gentlewoman.
