I thank Ms. Kelly for her leadership and continued support on this subject. For those who need a voice here in Washington, I know she is at the forefront, not just on mental health issues but all health issues, including the fact that she has considered gun violence a health issue. She is fighting for additional funding at NIH in this area. The totality of the health of the American people, I think, is so important, and I am grateful for Ms. Kelly's leadership in that and her continuing to bring up these topics.
