The fact that the esteemed gentleman of North Carolina is willing to work with me means that it has been a wonderful day for me, and I am just so glad because I understand, although I don't always agree with everything that he says, and I know that the gentleman from North Carolina's heart is in the right place; that he is working towards resolutions of issues; that he is principled in his beliefs.
