I thank the Congresswoman for her leadership on issues related to the Judiciary Committee and to others. At this time, I would like to invite the Congressman, not just from New York, but from, of course, what I believe is the best, most illustrious borough in New York City--Brooklyn, of course, which is where I was born and raised. Thank you so much, Congressman Jeffries, for your leadership on the Judiciary Committee, your discussions about the issues that we are discussing here this evening, and I am waiting to hear what you are going to not only present to us here in this Chamber but to the American people on this issue. I yield to the gentleman from New York (Mr. Jeffries).
