What`s not clear is the other side. The Russians are going through the motions. The Russians pretend. Maybe the Russians are even sincere. But until President Putin makes the decision to negotiate, then this is not going to go anywhere.
Ukrainians are fighting our fight. We are not there at their side. We are providing them weapons. We need to provide them more so that they can continue that fight.
We`re going to support them -- we`re going to support the Ukrainians as they push the Russians out.
If they start to win on the battlefield, continue to win on the battlefield, and in the end, win on the battlefield, that will be the way to push the Russians out.
