So please, let's not kill the Postal Service out of an understandable yet tenuous concern about unfunded liabilities in 2016.

Our experience is that most of these children, when provided the opportunity to present their case before an immigration judge, when they are provided a full and fair hearing, are in fact eligible for protection.
