We do have an ID requirement in Virginia. We also have audits of elections, and we've never found there to be a noncitizen voting problem.
It’s already law that most noncitizens are not eligible for public benefits. Yet the Trump-Vance Administration, hellbent on terrorizing immigrants, is now trying to hurt their U.S. citizen children and family members.
I think the right answer here is voter ID laws passed at the state level.
