For me, this is not just an issue of the protection of an individual's religious rights, which is extremely important, but in a world now where so many of the conflicts we are seeing are conflicts driven by sectarian religious intolerance, one of the best things we can do as a Nation is demonstrate that we are welcoming and open and we tolerate different religious practices that don't go over the line into proselytization.
