A real issue to the committee and to Congress is, we have pledged to rebalance to the Pacific, in line with the Defense Strategic Guidance, and we think that that--the rebalance to the Pacific will now be delayed beyond 2017, unless we get all the equipment out and then can maintain all the equipment.
