The clerk will report the resolution by title. The assistant legislative clerk read as follows: A resolution (S. Res. 174) designating June 20, 2013, as ``American Eagle Day,'' and celebrating the recovery and restoration of the bald eagle, the national symbol of the United States. There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the resolution.
