I think the right answer here is voter ID laws passed at the state level.
Everyone deserves the same opportunity to pursue higher education if they choose.
We’re thrilled that the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law continues to deliver major investments to Virginia, improving our transportation infrastructure, boosting our Commonwealth’s economy, and creating good-paying jobs.
We do have an ID requirement in Virginia. We also have audits of elections, and we've never found there to be a noncitizen voting problem.
