I strongly support your efforts to enhance the capital formation ecosystem by reducing regulatory burdens.
I think you--I hope you would agree that despite these efforts, community banks have been disproportionately affected.
I also encourage the subcommittee to take a discerning look at any and all regulations governing public company disclosures.
