I want to commend her on this amendment which authorizes the administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency to enter into an arrangement with the Secretaries of Education and Energy to conduct a study of how sustainable building features such as energy efficiency can promote indoor environmental quality in the Nation's K-12 schools. It is a significant contribution to our energy policy, will enhance elementary and secondary education, and I am pleased to urge its adoption.
