I would just ask that we--and we can continue this offline. But, you know, for those entities, and private capital that wants to come into these institutions with no intention of trying to take over control, whether we set up a different class of stock or some ability for part of the capital to flow into these without triggering the change of control requirements that, frankly, at this point prevents a lot of those investments.
