Similarly, the ransomware attack on the Colonial Pipeline this past May resulted in gasoline and fuel shortages and price spikes across the entire eastern seaboard, demonstrating how broad the ripple effects of these attacks can be. The truth is these attacks can affect hundreds or even thousands of entities connected to the initial target.…”
