I assure the Senator that that amendment will be given most careful consideration. I thank the Senator for coming to the floor and sharing with us that personal experience because that is the true essence of our legislative process where those here in the Senate or the House or in any of the legislatures across this country bring their own life's experiences to help prepare legislation that will make it a better world for others to live in.
