No, I am not saying that. I am dead serious. But I think we will pace ourselves, and it is a little early to begin to think about the magnitude of the budgets associated with missile defense. I didn't hear my distinguished colleague from Louisiana mention missile defense in the course of her direct testimony unless I missed it.
