I want to make it very clear that the Senator from Virginia agrees entirely with the Senator's premise that this is the most serious national security threat posed against our Nation indeed, and I think the nations of the Western World. So I concur in that. I simply feel it necessary to ask these various questions so that we have a complete record before the Senate such as they can vote I think in a fully informed manner tomorrow. I agree. I shall not expand beyond that. I so stated my concern about weapons of mass destruction and about proliferation many, many times on the floor of this Senate, and I hope, may I say, for many years to come. I yield the floor.”
