on behalf of the Senators Santorum and Specter, I offer an amendment which would express the sense of the Senate that the ground communication-electronic depot maintenance workload currently performed at McClellan Air Logistics Center should be transferred to the Army Depot at Tobyhanna, PA, in adherence to the schedule prescribed for that transfer by the Defense Depot Maintenance Council on March 13, 1997.
