Further, I wish to inform Senators that the likelihood of any votes between, say, the hour of 12:45 and 2 o'clock is most unlikely. As a matter of fact, I ask unanimous consent there be no votes during that period of time to accommodate a number of Senators on both sides. The PRESIDING OFFICER.
