I am perfectly agreeable to an equal division of the time. If the Senator needs 15, we have had the opportunity, Senator Nelson, myself, and others, and I believe the Presiding Officer may wish to speak, and Senator Allen. So that is agreeable. The PRESIDING OFFICER. Is there objection?
