“I rise this afternoon in opposition to the nomination of Tulsi Gabbard to be Director of National Intelligence because nothing less than our national security is currently on the line. I am going to start by saying that I have nothing but respect for Ms. Gabbard's many years of service to our Nation, both in uniform and as a Representative for Hawaii.
