I said earlier today it is senseless that we pass the football to your side, you pass it back to us. The blame game exchange will not get us anywhere. Let us put the football on the 50-yard line and blow time out on the blame game and let us get behind the President and the distinguished leaders of this body, who will go down in just a matter of minutes and try and reconcile this problem. We all wish them luck.
