it is in the true spirit of this institution, which Senator Byrd knows so well, that we exchange viewpoints as we have done Friday, yesterday, and again today, and we will continue to do that. Hopefully, these facts which the Senator deems essential--and I also--will be brought to the attention of this body. I thank my colleague.
