I think I can speak for our leadership on that. That is a constructive observation. I am sure my distinguished colleague would think almost all 100 Senators will want, at one point in time prior to the vote, to express themselves on this important issue. So that will result in a considerable amount of the Senate's time. It is the most important thing before us. I think that is wise counsel.
