I would urge you and even at the FSOC level to look at this, and if you have got some additional suggestions.

I personally believe it is retarding recovery in the housing industry. It is clearly retarding the growth in the number of entrepreneurs.

I do wonder whether waiting until stage three before the FSOC engages with the institution at the principals' level really makes sense.

But this is the tension, and I think Senator Crapo raised it as well.
