And again, my time is up, but I would just think that we should be able to get data that shows, here is what a home's energy costs would be without energy efficiency, whether in the construction or in the retrofit, and there ought to be an ability to have some of that to monetize that shared savings in the financing tool and find a way to really create, I think, a very, very valuable financing, private sector financing piece on sharing the savings with the homeowner or with the renter.
