I fear that we could see a duplication of that in artificial intelligence, facial recognition, quantum computing, a host of other areas.

That's not only not realistic but it's not a good use of U.S. political capital.

It's imperative that we work on a digital trade strategy that can garner the support of our allies and close trading partners.
