I’m making the bet that after the midterms there’s going to be a much greater willingness to come to the table and get things done.

Yes, we have to have federal regulations.

We should not restrict that right going forward.

We should be building on the progress we’ve made instead of walking away from a framework that has guided restoration efforts for more than 15 years.
