I am strongly in favor of the resolution. But I am concerned about the proposition of a 2-year delay. There are a lot of people--and I will address that--who are actually at this moment suffering a consequence of their repetitive physical action. Do we really think 2 years would give Congress the time necessary to address this problem? I think we can reach an accommodation with our new Secretary of Labor addressing this and quickly get to a more realistic set of regulations to promote worker safety from these injuries.
