They were Kansans, they were Virginians, and they were literally people from, frankly, around the globe. The contributions to their friends and families that they will never be able to fulfill are going to leave an ache in the hearts of those families that I can't nearly articulate as well as some of my colleagues. But I also want to acknowledge that even in these moments of tragedy, there are moments of grace and heroic actions.…”
