I believe there would be somewhat greater notoriety, but I think some of the folks down in Virginia would be rather amused that here we are, the two elected Senators, having an honest and forthright debate, and in a friendly spirit. But I picked up on one or two of your words. I know you love that word, Congress being the 'nanny.' But, first, I ask my junior Senator, have I ever been a nanny toward you?
