My question is--suppose we tell the government of a tiny country that lost soldiers in Iraq that we want your young men and women there, and we want them to be ready to sacrifice and die but, by the way, we are not going to buy anything from you. If you produce something that is a quality product, we are not going to buy it from you because we are going to protect American jobs in the United States of America. My question to the distinguished chairman is, What effect does that have on their willingness and desire to help us bring peace and freedom to the people of Bosnia, Kosovo, Afghanistan, and Iraq?
