Certainly, I did not wish to invade. But the Senator invited questions: Does any other Senator know of projects other than 35 percent? I am pointing out, yes, because he is including a lot of municipal water supply, treatment plants for runoff water, and a lot of other things that most States pay for back home. I thank the Senator.
