We knew the demands of Texas were perhaps matched by the Appropriations Committee, where she also has the opportunity to work with the Defense Subcommittee on Appropriations so that she is still very much involved in defense issues. This, I hope, is an amendment that we can accept. We will be working with the Senator from Texas throughout perhaps today and tomorrow. But she is absolutely right.
