If we don’t get safety right, all the things about workforce or agent liability or national security, which has to be dealt with, we may miss.

I’m making the bet that after the midterms there’s going to be a much greater willingness to come to the table and get things done.

Let’s fight for real change. Let’s get this done and then get to universal coverage.

We should not restrict that right going forward.
