The Fort Hood shooting was a horrific act of violence that took 13 innocent lives and devastated military families.

Public executions are the hallmark of authoritarian regimes like Iran and North Korea, not the United States of America.

But creating a new title is not a substitute for having a coherent strategy.

I voted no because I will not support making it harder for eligible Americans to vote in order to pass an ethics reform that should stand on its own.
