I want to first thank the outstanding leadership in South Africa.

I am concerned that if we do not step up, that there will be a vacancy and other people will find an opportunity.

Are we not better off having a constructive engagement relationship with South Africa to bridge the divide?

My sense is that the CHIPS Act should best be understood as an industry subsidy but as an industry catalyst.
