Congress seemed to favor incentivizing onsite storage, which appears to be a different thing than prohibiting off-site storage.

This bill is not a serious attempt to address crime; it is a regressive, discriminatory, and counterproductive piece of legislation that will only worsen the challenges facing our communities.
