So the real relevant question here is whether or not--I agree with you. I think there are some serious constitutional questions about Predators, how do they fit, and I think Legal Adviser Koh has accepted that.

As a Senator, I have never forgotten what mattered all those years, that my country was willing to invest in me when I returned home from my military service.
I'm never going to be Cal Ripken anyway in terms of consecutive votes, so I guess if I'm going to miss one this is a good reason to be missing it.
