There is a moral imperative here because we have been saying to people who have been willing to lay down their lives, if they have to, and if they are asked to, that when you come home, you are going to get a GI Bill that Jim Webb and others worked really hard to create that is not worth the paper that it is written on, and that is just morally wrong and we are going to change that.
