Mr. Kilmer has been a friend of this subcommittee for a long time and always comes with hope for a better tomorrow.

Last year, I was diagnosed with progressive supranuclear palsy, or PSP. I describe it as 'Parkinson's on steroids,' and I don't recommend it.
