I have no problems with this bill. I have everything positive to say about it. It is a terrific bill. It is exactly what we need to do. One of the even more compelling parts of it is the fact that our ranking Democrat and our chairman are both in agreement. I know communities all over the country are going to be in agreement with what we are doing here, and most importantly, we are going to be freeing up resources that are currently spent on administrative costs to be spent on improving the lives of homeless people so they can live lives of greater dignity. It is a good bill. I am glad it is going to get unanimous support in this body.
