my concern is there may be a lack of coordination between the Army and the Washington Headquarters Services at the Department on how to proceed with the design, planning and construction of the new day care facility. To the gentleman's knowledge, is the Army working with the Washington Headquarters Service on moving forward with this timetable of October 2005?
