I daresay it would probably be unanimous. What a fitting tribute for President Reagan to have a unanimous vote of this body. It would be fully accepted by all the people and the businesses that are located in Northern Virginia. This is a beautiful terminal, millions of dollars. It is state-of-the-art. It has no name now, so there is no need to strip George Washington's name from it.

Reclaiming my time. My only point is that this is so much about the message we send, and I think the message that we want permanent bases is the wrong message.
