It will be harder for low-income elderly to get the nutrition and health care they need, and it will be much harder for our grandchildren to pay for the future needs that their generation will face. The decisions made in the President's 2007 budget, like his budgets since 2002, define a Nation, a community, if you will, that is not the America that we know.…”
