That is all we are suggesting we should do for the next generation. Let us not use up all the trust funds for our own purposes. Let us not give ourselves tax cuts that we do not necessarily need, as much as we would like them, until we make sure that the next generation is going to experience as high a standard of living as we are experiencing.”
