Is it not a fact that there have been environmental cleanups and pipes breaking well off the correctional facility property, that have in fact leaked into the Occoquan River that flows through there and has polluted that water and there have been in fact many lawsuits against the city of the District of Columbia for these and these are well off the prison complex reservation itself?
